Allen Tate Realtors said it is planning a grand opening Tuesday for it’s the Huntersville office it moved to in January.
Tracey Stehle will be the branch’s leader and broker-in-charge.
The Charlotte-based company said the flex space office can accommodate 50 agents and caters to various work styles, including agents who want to work virtually.
The office, at 14225 Market Square Drive, is in the Bi-Lo shopping center.
The opening will run from 4 to 7 p.m. and is open to the public. Attendees are asked to bring a nonperishable food donation or gift to a local grocery store. The donations will go toward Angels and Sparrows Soup Kitchen and the Ada Jenkins Loaves and Fishes Food Pantry.
Those who contribute will be entered into a drawing to win an iPad, Allen Tate said.
