Tricia Noble, president of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors, is stepping down today from the post and leaving Charlotte for a job in Denver, Colo.

In a note Monday to CRCBR members, Noble, who is also president of SiteIndex, the board’s database of commercial properties for sale in the region, also said she will be leaving real estate developer Childress Klein Properties, for which she was a partner.

As of this morning, she was still listed on CKP’s website. In the note, she did not say what her new job will be or for whom she will be working.
