Charlotte landlords hesitant about raising rates as glut of space remains, report says

When it comes to Charlotte office space, it’s a tenant’s market. According to a first-quarter report released last week by Jones Lang LaSalle, in the Charlotte metro area the overall asking rent per square foot for Class A space in urban areas is around $24 and around $21 in suburban areas.
