Prices of Charlotte-area homes, including distressed sales, were unchanged in February from the same month a year ago, according to Santa Ana, Calif.-based CoreLogic.
But when distressed sales were excluded, prices in the area – which includes Charlotte, Gastonia and Rock Hill, S.C. – increased by 0.6 percent over the same period.
Distressed sales include
short sales and real estate-owned transactions.
CoreLogic released the February Home Price Index report Wednesday.
