Charlotte-area foreclosure sales down
Charlotte-area foreclosure sales fell 17.5 percent last year from 2010, but they dropped a whopping 40.4 percent in the fourth quarter of 2011 from the same period the year before, Irvine, Calif.-based RealtyTrac said Thursday.
