Hoar Construction breaks ground on $26.4M Carolinas Rehabilitation-NorthEast

Birmingham, Ala.-based Hoar Construction broke ground Friday on Carolinas Rehabilitation-NorthEast, a $26.4 million, two-story, 40-bed rehabilitation hospital being built for Concord. Hoar is the general contractor. Charlotte-based Freeman White is the architect for the 69,960-square-foot facility at 487 Lake Concord Road.
