Primax Properties breaks ground on Dollar General in Gastonia

Primax, a construction-management company based at 1100 E. Morehead St. in Charlotte, expects to complete the 9,100-square-foot project in about 90 days, Primax Chief Financial Officer Marie McLucas said.
