Ryland Homes opens model home in Cureton
Ryland Homes today said it has opened a model home in the Cureton community in Union County.
The Eastover model features four bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and 4,195 square feet of living area, with a base price of $374,990, according to Krista Long, vice president of sales and marketing for the Westlake Village, Calif.-based company’s Charlotte division. The Eastover model’s special features include a downstairs master bedroom, formal dining room, study and upstairs media room.
Cureton homes feature all-brick exteriors and three-car side-entry garages.
In Cureton, Ryland plans to build 36 single-family homes ranging from 3,130 to 3,992 square feet of living area and priced in the $350,000 range.
