Crescent Resources seeks rezoning for University area apartments

Crescent Resources would like to tweak its plans for 4.1 acres at 9000 University City Blvd., but first it needs a rezoning from the city of Charlotte. The company wants to build 250 new apartments and a 25,000-square-foot retail space. Therefore, it needs the site rezoned from multifamily to a mixed-use development district.
