Two leases signed with The Ghazi Co. at ParkTowne Village

Two tenants have inked lease deals with The Ghazi Co. at ParkTowne Village shopping center, 1600 East Woodlawn Road, The Nichols Co. told The Mecklenburg Times.

The leases at the Charlotte shopping center were signed in the past two weeks.

Beaming White, a teeth-whitening service represented by Steve Ross of Charlotte-based Premiere Properties and Investments, signed a 1,200-square-foot lease. Josh Beaver, vice president of Charlotte-based Nichols, represented Ghazi in the Jan. 26 deal.

Mobile electronics repair shop Cell Phone Repair, represented by Mark Camara of Washington-based APE Realty, signed a lease for 745 square feet Wednesday. Beaver represented Ghazi in that deal, too.
