CRRA records 2.5 percent increase in home sales for 2011
The number of home sales recorded by the Charlotte Regional Realtor Association rose 2.5 percent in 2011 when compared with 2010, the group reported Monday.
There were 22,942 closed sales in 2011, representing a sales volume of $4.6 billion.
The average sales price across the region was $200,351, down 3.5 percent compared to the previous year. The ...
