Foreclosures filings in the Charlotte-Gastonia-Concord area fell 15 percent in November from the same month last year, Irvine, Calif.-based RealtyTrac said last week.
Total filings -- default notices, scheduled auctions and bank repossessions -- were at 1,104 this past November.
The decline was not as steep from October to November. During that period, filings fell 1.43 percent.
