Brokering some ‘Monkey’ business

Charlotte-based VR Business Sales, Mergers & Acquisitions announced Dec. 1 that it brokered the sales for three Charlotte-area Monkey Joe’s.
Jay Offerdahl, vice president of VR, represented the sellers, Nick Smith and Michael Torcellini. The new owner is Veersen Ghatge, who’s listed as the founder of Aspiration Capital Partners in Charlotte.
Details of the deal were not disclosed.
