It’s anyone’s guess as to whether the courts will uphold a 2010 North Carolina law that puts the kibosh on Internet sweepstakes games.
In the meantime, planners across the state are still trying to figure out how to regulate the gaming under town and city zoning laws.
And it turns out that local government would lose money ...
