Lennar buys land for Matthews project
Miami-based Lennar Homes says it has purchased land in Matthews to develop the new 36-home Pleasant Ridge community. Construction is expected to start this month, with the first homes to be complete by January, Lennar spokeswoman Liz Baker said.
