I-485 planning meetings get under way

The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Planning Department is meeting with representatives from the North Carolina Department of Transportation and Gandy Development to plan for the future -- and last -- leg of the Interstate 485 loop around Charlotte.
The groups will meet at 9 a.m. today, Wednesday and Thursday in the eighth floor of the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Government Center.
