If September campaign finance reports (those are the latest ones available) are any indication of a candidate’s chances to win an election, it doesn’t look good for Stone.
Stone, with $100,190, isn’t sitting on nearly as high a pile of cash as Foxx, who has $611,481 in the re-election kitty.
