Gaston County residential construction activity up

Listen to this articleThere’s more residential construction activity Gaston County this month than last month, according to the county’s permit office.
In August, the county had 17 permits issued for residential remodels and 29 permits issued for single- family homes. In September, those numbers were 16 and 34, respectively.
In September 2010, there were 15 permits issued for single-family homes and 22 permits issued for remodeling work.
