Lennar holds grand opening for Ballanmoor

Listen to this articleLast weekend, Lennar held the grand opening for its Ballanmoor community in south Charlotte.
The event showcased the community’s new three-story, 4,300-square-foot model home, known as the Harrison. It has five bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms.
Liz Baker, spokeswoman for Lennar, said a Harrison home sold during the grand opening. The sale hasn’t closed so the purchase price is not yet available, but Baker said the base price for the Harrison is $419,990.
