Catawba commissioners rezone land for shopping center
Catawba County commissioners have agreed to rezone land along N.C. Hwy. 150 to make way for a shopping center.
At their Monday meeting, commissioners supported changing the zoning of the 1.84 acres from residential to highway commercial-conditional at the request of Scott Gilleland.
