Rock Hill named among best cities for young people
Rock Hill, S.C., is one of the 100 best communities in the U.S. for young people, according to America’s Promise Alliance.
The Washington, D.C.-based organization released the list last week.
Rock Hill has won the honor four times.
The competition “identifies cities nationwide that have made the well-being of children and youth a priority,” APA says.
