Homebuilder Saussy Burbank and affiliate McNeill Burbank are uniting under one brand name.
The companies made the announcement Wednesday.
They said the change is designed to help customers of Charlotte-based Saussy Burbank and the former McNeill Burbank more easily find information as they search for homes in the Triangle, Charlotte and Charleston, S.C., areas.
“There are no personnel or ownership changes,” partner Al McNeill said.
