Snack-maker leases Catawba County space

Snyder’s-Lance plans to lease about 27,060 square feet of a building at 121-B Fairgrove Church Road in Conover for a new distribution center. The space is geared toward multitenant commercial/industrial uses. Donald Duncan, town manager, said the company needed a distribution center in the area thanks to the merger of Snyder’s of Hanover and Lance Corp.
