Another person associated with Atlanta-based Beazer Homes, which built homes in the Charlotte area, is facing federal charges.
Mortgage loan officer Janette Parker, 48, of Mint Hill, has been charged with three counts of mortgage fraud, according to the U.S. attorney’s office, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and other federal agencies.
