It’s celebration time over in Berewick, a Pappas Properties planned development in southwest Charlotte.
The peeps at Pappas are all smiles because Berewick, which opened in 2005, has welcomed its 1,000th resident.
Rigoberto and Sarah Amador and their family moved from San Diego to Berewick.
