We’re wondering if Rodney L. Poteat has learned his lesson about killing deer in other states.
Poteat, of Salisbury, is accused of going to Hart County, Ky., in November, shooting a white-tailed deer and hauling it back to Salisbury, according to a U.S. Department of Justice press release.
