The financial blows to former Beazer Homes USA executives keep coming.
Last week, the Securities and Exchange Commission said James O’Leary, the former chief financial officer for the Atlanta-based homebuilder, which built homes in the Charlotte area, will reimburse Beazer more than $1.4 million that he received after Beazer filed fraudulent financial statements during fiscal 2006.
