CB Richard Ellis today said it has been chosen to exclusively lease and manage 330 South Tryon.
The building, home to the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce, is 65,570 square feet and at the intersection of South Tryon Street and West Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.
Paula Moss and Kathleen Cannon, CBRE senior associates, will lease the property, while Patricia Duesbury will manage it.
