Crescent Resources names residential VP

Charlotte-based Crescent Resources has named Scott Dozier vice president of its residential division.
The real estate development company said Dozier will oversee the company's projects in the Atlanta region, such as The River Club, a residential community.
Dozier was previously the owner and founder of Dozier Builder Group, an Atlanta-based general commercial contractor and builder.
