Ryland Homes last week said it has acquired 32 new home sites in two neighborhoods at The Palisades, a master-planned community off Highway 49 in southwest Charlotte on the shore of Lake Wylie.
Beth Payan of Larry Vershel Communications said Calabasas, Calif.-based Ryland plans to build new single-family homes from $230,000 to $240,000 apiece.
