Romare Bearden Park, an approximately five-acre urban park to be built in uptown Charlotte near the site of the proposed Charlotte Knights baseball stadium, is open for bidding.
The estimated construction budget is $7 million to $8 million, not including demolition, roadway and infrastructure work, which will be under a separate contract.
