TSC Global sells NTW |

Charlotte-based TSC Global said today that it is selling its interest in NTW, a national distributor of specialty tools for the automotive aftermarket and heavy-duty truck industries, to Largo, Fla.-based Nestor Sales.

Last year, TSC Global, which was then known as TSC Group, bought Barjan, a Rock Island, Ill.-based distributor of products to travel centers, truck stops and convenience stores.

TSC’s business includes selling, marketing and distributing products to America’s top retailers. The sale of NTW is in keeping with the company’s plans to grow its travel center and convenience store business, TSC CEO John Wiesehan said.

Financial details about the sale of NTW were not disclosed.
