Crescent Resources said it has tapped Brian Natwick to lead its multifamily division.

Natwick will oversee the Charlotte-based real estate development company’s multifamily operations in the Southeast and Texas, including new projects such as The Residence at Cameron Village in Raleigh, Circle at Ninth Street in Durham and Circle Piedmont Town Center in Charlotte.

Before being made president of the multifamily division, Natwick led the multifamily division’s Mid-Atlantic region operation.
