Charlotte attorney Jerry Reese has filed more than one lawsuit trying to block the stadium project by the Knights.
The first, filed in 2007, opposed a series of land swaps by the city, Mecklenburg County, the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Board of Education and developer Cornerstone Realty.
