SPX announces quarterly dividend of 25 cents
SPX Corp. today said its board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of 25 cents per common share.
Charlotte-based SPX said the dividend is payable July 6 to shareholders of record as of June 14.
SPX sells technical and industrial products.
