New public hearing to be held for 521 Partners project
The Charlotte City Council decided Monday to hold a new public hearing regarding a rezoning petition filed by 521 Partners LLC for a site plan amendment for a project at Providence Road West and Johnston Road because of changes made to the petition.
The developer will now orient the buildings toward the proposed Ballancroft Parkway and not Johnston Road.
