The Real Estate and Building Industry Coalition has named Joe Padilla its executive public policy director.

REBIC, based in Charlotte, is an organization of trade associations focused on industry issues, such as finance, management and leasing.

Padilla, a native of Long Island, N.Y., has served as senior government affairs representative for the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association.
