Nexxus Lighting logs lower 1Q net loss
Nexxus Lighting said it had a lower net loss in the first quarter than the same quarter last year.
The Charlotte-based company said it had a $1.33 million net loss, or 8 cents a share, down from a net loss of $2.5 million, or 15 cents a share, in the first quarter of 2010.
Revenue was $1.6 million for the quarter, up from $1.4 million in the year-ago quarter.
In March, the company began offering its Array lamps through Lowes.com. Starting in June, the lamps will be offered in roughly 1,100 Lowe’s stores across the U.S.
Lowe’s is based in Mooresville.
