Charlotte-based Carlisle Cos. said its board has declared a regular quarterly dividend of 17 cents per share.

The dividend is payable June 1 to shareholders of record at the close of business May 23.

Carlisle designs, manufactures and markets products that serve the commercial roofing, energy, agriculture, lawn and garden, mining and construction equipment, aerospace and electronics, dining and food delivery and health care markets.
