Under DL, courses could be delivered rather than cut.  Professorial costs per course would plummet.  The fiber network (NCREN) is already in place waiting to be further used.

Campus presidents need to stop protecting their brick and mortar and embrace the future.  Other states do and are far ahead of North Carolina already.</description>
