Gladstone Commercial Corp. today said it has bought a 60,000-square-foot office building in Hickory for $10.7 million.

A press release from the McLean, Va.-based company did not list the property’s location.

The building has a tenant with nine years remaining on its lease and two five-year options to extend the lease. The release also did not list the tenant’s name.

Gladstone is a real estate investment trust that invests and owns triple-net leased industrial and commercial property.
