Revaluation manager: Goal is to mail commercial notices by second week of March
Commercial property owners in Mecklenburg County could start receiving their 2011 revaluation notices by the second week in March.
At least that’s the goal of county revaluation manager Chuck Hicks.
Hicks today said he’s been working this week on the commercial revaluations.
Residential property owners received their notices earlier this month.
Hicks expects an overall increase in commercial property values from the 2003 revaluation, although he said it’s too early to say by how much values will rise.
