PFM names managing director in Charlotte office

Philadelphia-based PFM Group today said Todd Frazier has been promoted from senior managing consultant to managing director in the firm’s Charlotte office.
Frazier leads the company’s pricing group.
PFM provides financial and investment advisory services to state and local governments and nonprofits.
