Harvard economist: Less red tape, warm weather heat up city’s economy
The growth and success of Charlotte can be attributed to warm weather, skilled workers and a free market that allows for residential construction.
That's according to Harvard economist Edward Glaeser, who spoke to elected officials, builders and developers during a forum Tuesday at Central Piedmont Community College.
