Snyder’s-Lance today reported full-year results for 2010, saying it had earnings of $2.5 million, or 7 cents a share, up from $35 million in earnings, or $1.11 a share, in 2009.

But the company also today reported a loss of $19.4 million, or 48 cents a share, for the fourth quarter of 2010, compared with earnings of $10.1 million, or 32 cents a share, for the year-ago quarter.

The snack food maker had revenue of $979.8 million in 2010, up from $918.2 million in 2009. Its revenue in the fourth quarter of 2010 was $285.1 million, up from $231.1 million in the year-ago quarter.
