Charlotte-based EnPro Industries today said it had net income of $6.3 million, or 30 cents a share, for the fourth quarter of 2010, compared with a net loss of $38.6 million, or $1.93 a share, in the fourth quarter of 2009.

The company also said it had net income of $155.4 million, or $7.51 a share, for 2010, compared with a net loss of $139.3 million, or $6.97 a share, in 2009.

EnPro makes sealing products, metal polymer and filament wound bearings and other engineered products.
