Charlotte-based Goodrich Corp. today said its board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of 29 cents a share on its common stock.

The dividend is payable April 1 to shareholders of record as of March 1.

Goodrich said it has paid an annual or quarterly dividend since 1936.

The Fortune 500 company supplies systems and services to the aerospace, defense and homeland security industries.
