The Southern Piedmont/Charlotte Better Business Bureau has released its “Dirty Dozen” list of local businesses with the most unanswered complaints in 2010.
In 2010, consumers filed 15,118 complaints with the BBB against businesses in the Southern Piedmont area of North and South Carolina, the BBB said in releasing the report today.
“Fortunately, the majority of businesses in our area work to resolve complaints that consumers file with the BBB,” BBB President Tom Bartholomy said. “However, there are businesses that don’t respond to consumer complaints at all, which earns them a well-deserved spot on the BBB’s ‘Dirty Dozen’ list.”
The top 12 businesses with the most unanswered complaints last year:
• Patriot Waste Systems Inc.
• Nation High School
• T&L Engine Development
• American Shingle Roofing Co.
• Time to Go Travel
• Queen City Paint and Body Shop
• Delta Financial Corp.
• HPI Painting
• Intelligent Web Marketing
• HSC Landscapes
