CaroMont Health names chief medical officer

Listen to this articleGastonia-based CaroMont Health said Jerry Levine has been hired as executive vice president for clinical integration and chief medical officer.
Levine, who was hired in a nationwide search, will be involved in redesigning the delivery of health care, the company said.
CaroMont Health is a nonprofit health care system that includes Gaston Memorial Hospital, Courtland Terrace, Gaston Hospice and CaroMont Medical Group.
The company has 3,800 employees.
