Charlotte law school hosts land use, energy forum
By Sam Boykin CHARLOTTE — The Charlotte School of Law will host a symposium this week to explore new legal issues concerning energy generation, as well as how contaminated business sites impact land use and development. “Land Use and Energy Generation in the Modern World,” scheduled for Friday, Feb. 26, will feature nationally recognized speakers and panelists, including former Energy Secretary Spencer Abraham.
